Joshua Oaks is the Director of Human Resources for The Mighty Acorn Counseling. He takes pride in advocating for the staff members with The Mighty Acorn Counseling while ensuring all policies, procedures, and protocols are kept in regulations with company, state of Ohio, and federal regulations. Joshua primarily works on site at the Agler Road location and completes hiring and onboarding (including orientation), payroll, record keeping, as well as financial reporting.
